DESCRIPTION:Hike the new Hannah's Epic Trail at Sodalis Nature Preserve while identifying trees along the way. Winter is a great time to get off the paved paths and explore the more rugged trails at Sodalis. No ticks! This special trail winds through the hills and woods among some of the more mature trees in the Preserve. We'll practice identifying trees by observing their shape\, bark\, and any remaining leaves. Allow two hours for the hike which will be approximately 2.5 miles. Wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. Walking poles are recommended if you have them. If inclement weather\, another date will be posted on the HPR Facebook page and website.
